Tools
Some of these are products with their own customers. Others started as tools we needed to run a store or a client program and now ship as part of our work. All of them are in production, and we operate them ourselves.
MarketIQ
Integration and orchestration middleware
MarketIQ sits between a store and the systems behind it: ERP, CRM, order and warehouse management, and marketing automation. It syncs inventory, prices and discounts, exposes a GraphQL API to the front end, and keeps the business rules out of the theme.
Three businesses run on it today.
- Supermú, where it links the SIESA ERP to Shopify over WireGuard and runs the scheduler, the operations UI, the picking PWA, customer matching and the Salesforce customer lifecycle
- Bicimarket, where it runs competitor price intelligence
- CoffeeLink, where it is the multi-vendor backend

AttributionOS
Multi-touch attribution for Shopify stores
AttributionOS measures which channels bring a Shopify store its orders. A server-side pixel and webhooks capture every touch, identity stitching joins them to the customer, and Shapley and Markov models split the credit. The output is a true ROAS you can hold against what each platform reports about itself.
It runs alongside GA4 and Meta rather than replacing them. Cyclewear, Tienda Sportfitness and ONA Coffee use it today.

Voce
What customers and answer engines say about a brand
Voce builds one evidence graph from what customers say about a brand in communities, reviews, forums and official APIs. It does not scrape behind logins. On top of the graph sit lenses for buyer voice, search, ads, reputation and answer engines, so you can see how ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and AI Overviews describe you next to how your customers do.
Two pilots are running, one with ONA Coffee in Australia in English and one with a Colombian appliance manufacturer in Spanish. Voce is our own tool and the backbone of our Search service: SEO, AEO and GEO work starts from its evidence, and so does brand voice and share-of-voice reporting, how often a brand is mentioned and cited next to its competitors and whether what is said matches how the brand speaks.

PropIQ
Property intelligence across Colombian portals
PropIQ collects listings from six Colombian property portals and resolves the same property across them into one canonical record. PostGIS handles the geospatial queries, an image pipeline processes the photos, and scoring and valuation sit on top.
It is live in Colombia. Australia and the United States are next.

My Health Vault
Personal health records you control
My Health Vault is a SaaS for personal health records. You file documents by category, share them with a provider through a link that expires, and pay by subscription. We host it on our own infrastructure.
Latin America comes first, starting with Colombia under Law 1581, with Australia second.
Data platforms
Data platforms with one set of definitions
We build data platforms for operators. ETL jobs pull from the systems a business already runs, such as ERP, inventory, commerce, finance, analytics and CRM, into DuckDB or PostgreSQL. A Cube.js semantic layer defines each metric once, so every dashboard, report, email brief and AI assistant answers with the same numbers.
Dashboards run in Next.js or Metabase, depending on who needs to ask the questions. MCP servers expose the same model to AI assistants, so a question asked in chat uses the operator's definitions.

PIM
One source of truth for product data
Our PIM sits between the ERP, the online store and the B2B channels, and keeps one version of every product. We run it for a supermarket chain, where it synchronises the ERP catalogue, publishes to Shopify and carries tax and nutritional-labelling rules, and for vehicle parts, where it holds a vehicle base of 45,000 models from 591 brands with part compatibility and supplier data.
- ERP synchronisation and channel publishing
- Completeness scoring per channel: web, marketplace, print
- Regulatory fields: tax, nutritional seals, OEM part numbers
- Vehicle fitment matrix with confidence levels
- Supplier and price-list management

TechScraper
E-commerce intelligence and technology detection
TechScraper analyses any online store and reports the technologies behind it: platform, CMS, analytics, payment gateways and marketing tools. It also extracts product catalogues, pricing and store structure for market analysis, and runs page-speed and SEO checks on the way through.
- Technology detection for any storefront, in seconds
- Tech-stack comparison across a set of competitors
- Catalogue and price extraction for market analysis
- Performance and SEO health checks per store
BundleManager
Bundle inventory for Shopify
A Shopify app that lets you sell product bundles and breaks each sale into its component SKUs after purchase, so inventory is tracked at unit level, Google and Meta see real stock, and bundle reports tell the whole revenue story.
- Bundle-to-component explosion on every order, no manual adjustments
- Accurate stock levels in Google Shopping and Meta Ads, no overselling
- Reports on which bundles and which components move
- Works with your existing catalogue and fulfilment workflow
