Supermú is a neighbourhood supermarket chain in Medellín's Área Metropolitana selling online with flat COP 8,000 delivery. We rebranded and migrated the Shopify store, then built the integration layer between the store and the SIESA ERP.

A Shopify cycling store for Bicico with the Cannondale range, Suarez apparel and a WhatsApp advisory flow that puts an expert in the conversation before a high-value purchase.

A dealer portal for Giant's distributor in Chile, covering the Giant, Liv and Momentum storefronts, with predictive inventory for a network of more than 250 dealers.

1000Partes connects motorcycle mechanics in Colombia with OEM parts for AKT, Bajaj, Hero, Honda, TVS, Victory and Yamaha. We built the Next.js platform and the catalogue behind its search.

Our own Colombian cycling store, moved from Shopify Liquid to a headless Hydrogen, Remix and Oxygen stack with a rebuilt tracking layer. We run it, so every mistake and every fix costs us first.

A dental tourism site for a cosmetic dentistry boutique in El Poblado, Medellín, built to convert patients flying in from the US, Canada and Europe. In 2026 we added the measurement and growth program behind it.

What we do
Six practices, one team. The person who designs the storefront sits next to the one who wires the ERP and the one who reads the numbers, so every decision is made with the whole picture instead of handed between departments.
- 01StrategyStrategy
Discovery, market research and roadmaps grounded in how commerce businesses run day to day. We have operated them, so we know where the real constraints are.
- 02TechnologyTechnology
Engineering across Shopify, headless and custom stacks, with the ERP, CRM and data integrations that make a platform run. We choose what fits the business, not what is easiest to sell.
- 03CreativityCreativity
Brand identity, UX and content made for commerce, where every visual decision is measured against conversion and retention. We have run online stores in four markets, and it shows in the work.
- 04MarketingMarketing
Paid media, email and WhatsApp run against contribution margin and CAC targets rather than clicks. We run campaigns for our own stores, so we know how the unit economics have to work.
- 05SEO, AEO and GEOSearch
Technical SEO, content and structured data for sites that need to be found by people and cited by answer engines, in Colombia, Chile, the USA and Australia. We have built the organic channel for cycling, apparel and specialty retail.
- 06Data & InsightsData & Insights
Measurement that ties channels, products and customers to revenue and margin. GA4, server-side tagging, Looker Studio and SQL dashboards, built around the decisions your team makes each week.

- Your headless Shopify store is probably double-counting Meta purchases
On Hydrogen, Web Pixels and the Conversions API often fire purchase events with different event IDs, so Meta counts both. On Cyclewear that inflated ROAS from a real 2.9x to a reported 4.2x. How to diagnose it and how we fixed it.
- WhatsApp is the checkout for high-ticket stores in Colombia
A Colombian cyclist buying a COP 3,000,000 bike online talks to someone first. At Bicimarket, treating WhatsApp as a purchase channel instead of a floating button cut response time from 4.2 hours to 22 minutes and revealed that 34% of high-value purchases passed through a chat.
- What changes when you take a store from Colombia to Chile
Payment methods, delivery expectations, purchase behaviour and cycling culture differ more between Colombia and Chile than most operators expect. What that meant for PedalMarket's store architecture in Santiago.
