A Melbourne roaster with generations of coffee growing behind him in Colombia. We helped take the store live on Shopify: a four-line range, subscriptions, wholesale and co-roasting pages, legal policies and a post-launch audit.

The challenge
Cesar sources from origin and roasts to order in North Williamstown. The brand had a story and a range, and needed a store that sold both: retail bags and subscriptions for households, wholesale and co-roasting for cafés, all from one small team.
What we built
The store runs on Shopify with subscriptions, and the range is organised into four lines so a visitor understands it in one scroll: rare allocation lots, seasonal single origins, everyday espresso and the signature Castillo lot. We wrote the product descriptions, drafted the legal policies for Australian trade and ran a launch audit on the live site, from pricing and checkout to structured data.

The operator note
A launch audit on the live store pays for itself the first week. The most expensive problems are the quiet ones, a product published at the wrong price or a policy page that does not exist, and both are invisible from inside the admin.
