Creativity
Brand identity, UX and content made for commerce, where every visual decision is measured against conversion and retention. We have run online stores in four markets, and it shows in the work.
Good design in e-commerce removes friction and builds trust at each step. We have designed storefronts for cycling specialists, fitness brands and specialty retailers where the visual language had to convince expert buyers, who notice when a shop is generic.
Our designers know how components are built, so the Figma files we hand over are the files that get shipped. When we also build the store, design and development run in the same team and the handoff disappears.
What we do

- Design systems
- Content production
- Prototyping
How we work
- 01Brand audit and creative brief
We review what exists, benchmark competitors' visual language and write a brief with clear direction on tone, audience and the principles that guide every later decision.
- 02Identity and system design
Logo, typography, colour and the full design system as reusable Figma components, so your team can extend it without drift.
- 03UX design and prototyping
Wireframes, flow maps and interactive prototypes for the whole purchase path, from home page to checkout, on mobile first and including the edge cases.
- 04Handoff to code
Annotated, component-ready Figma files that leave developers few questions. When we build the store too, design and development stay in sync throughout.
Tools we use
- Figma

Questions
Do you do branding only, or do you also implement it?
Both. We can deliver an identity and design system for your internal team, or take it through to the live store. Most clients choose the full path because the handoff between design and development is where projects usually break.
How do you approach UX for specialist or technical products?
We have designed for cycling components, motorcycle parts, fitness equipment and specialty coffee, all categories where buyers know more than the average shopper. We research the category and often interview real buyers before defining the information architecture, because a wrong taxonomy loses an expert's trust in seconds.
What does the design process look like for a new Shopify store?
Brand audit, creative brief, two or three identity concepts, one chosen direction, full Figma design of the key pages, handoff to development. For a mid-size store the design phase usually takes four to six weeks.
Can you redesign an existing store without rebuilding it?
Yes, and we often do for stores that perform acceptably but look dated or leak conversions. We audit the UX first, find the highest-impact fixes and propose a phased redesign that does not disturb existing traffic and revenue.
