Technology
Engineering across Shopify, headless and custom stacks, with the ERP, CRM and data integrations that make a platform run. We choose what fits the business, not what is easiest to sell.
Most agencies sell the platform they know best. We pick the one that fits your catalogue size, your team's technical capacity and where the business is going, because our background is in operating stores rather than reselling software.
We have built Shopify stores that handle three million SKUs, migrated stores off Magento without losing search equity, and written custom React and Node platforms for membership and booking businesses that no packaged tool could serve. We also build the middleware between storefronts and ERPs, the headless CMS behind content teams, and the scrapers and data pipelines that feed pricing and market intelligence.

How we work
- 01Technical discovery and architecture
We audit the current stack, the integration points and the data model, then propose an architecture that solves today's problem and leaves room to grow.
- 02Platform selection and scoping
A feature-by-feature scope with effort, risk and dependencies mapped, rather than a single-line estimate.
- 03Development, QA and staging
Iterative builds on staging environments with real data, and a QA checklist covering mobile, performance and the edge cases particular to your business.
- 04Launch and monitoring
For 30 days after go-live we watch Core Web Vitals, error rates and conversion signals, and fix what real traffic reveals.
Tools we use

Questions
Do you build only on Shopify?
No. We work on Shopify, Shopify Plus, Hydrogen, Vendure and fully custom React and Node stacks. The platform choice comes after we understand your catalogue, team and roadmap, never before.
Can you migrate our store without losing rankings?
Yes. We run a full URL mapping, redirect audit and structured-data migration before go-live, and track organic traffic through the transition. We have migrated stores with more than 50,000 indexed pages this way.
What is your experience with large catalogues?
1000Partes is a motorcycle parts marketplace we built with three million SKUs. Faceted search performance, inventory sync and search at that scale shaped how we design catalogue architecture for every store since.
Do you offer support after launch?
Yes. Retainers cover technical support, feature development and platform updates. Most clients on retainer are on 20 to 40 hours a month.
