The challenge
Eatsy Market puts fresh, artisan products from local Medellín makers into one consolidated next-day delivery. That means managing a catalogue across many vendors, one checkout for the whole basket, and logistics that look nothing like a standard store shipping from one warehouse. The Shopify build had to carry that multi-vendor complexity without the buyer ever feeling it at checkout.
What we built
We built the Shopify store with a multi-vendor catalogue structure, MercadoPago for payment, and GTM plus the Facebook Pixel for attribution. The brand is local and artisan, proud of Medellín, and that voice runs through the interface copy. The promise 'merca hoy, recibes mañana' is the first thing the store says and the thing the layout is organised around.
Key features
- Multi-vendor catalogue architecture
- Consolidated next-day delivery UX
- GTM + Facebook Pixel attribution
- MercadoPago integration
- Local artisan brand identity
- Mobile-first shopping
Results
The store is live as Medellín's local market online, under 'merca hoy, recibes mañana'. Vendor growth and retention are still being measured.

The operator note
Medellín's local food scene is a different thing from a standard D2C product. The buyers live here and care about where the food comes from and who made it. Knowing which local brands people recognise, and when 'artesanal' reads as trust rather than as an excuse for a premium price, decides how you build the catalogue and write the copy. We know it because we are based in Medellín, not because a brief told us. The trade-off of multi-vendor is that one late producer holds up the whole next-day basket.
