Strategy
Discovery, market research and roadmaps grounded in how commerce businesses run day to day. We have operated them, so we know where the real constraints are.
Strategy engagements usually fail because they rest on research instead of experience. We have operated cycling stores, fitness platforms and specialty marketplaces across Colombia, the USA and Australia, with our own profit and loss at stake. That is what we bring to your plan: which market-entry moves work, where unit economics break, and how to write a roadmap your team can carry out.

Questions
How long does a strategy engagement take?
Most run four to eight weeks, covering discovery, analysis and the roadmap. We compress where we can, because we already know the market context in most of the verticals we work in.
Do you do market-entry strategy for Colombia?
Yes. Colombia is one of our two home markets. We have launched brands into Bogotá, Medellín and Cali, and we know the details of local distribution, payment behaviour (Mercado Pago, PSE) and the trust signals that international consultants tend to miss.
Can strategy stand alone, or does it have to lead to implementation?
Either. Some clients take the strategy and implement it internally; others use it as the base for a full engagement with us. Our roadmaps carry enough implementation detail for an internal team to execute, or to hand over cleanly to our technology, marketing and creative teams.
How is your approach different from a traditional consulting firm?
We have run the kind of business we advise. We know what it is like to deal with a supplier who will not ship on time, or a payment gateway that declines 12% of mobile transactions. Our recommendations pass through that operational filter before they reach you.
