The challenge
Honesto Café had a strong product and two very different markets: honestocafe.com for Colombia and honestocafe.us for the United States. Each needed its own payment stack, pricing, currency and subscription logic, without splitting the brand or doubling the operational work.
What we built
We built the two storefronts with market-specific payments (PayU for Colombia, Stripe for the US), localised pricing and content, a coffee subscription service, a loyalty program, gift cards and automated email flows in Klaviyo, under one brand experience.
Key features
- Coffee subscription service
- Loyalty rewards program
- Automated email flows
- Gift card system
- Mobile-first design
- Origin tracking
Results
Both stores are live with subscriptions running in each market. Subscription and retention figures reported during the project are shown in the impact panel pending verification.

The operator note
We had already met PayU's asynchronous payment flow on our own Colombian operations and knew exactly where its event timeline diverges from what Klaviyo expects, because we had watched our own flows break on it. Honesto Café did not pay for that discovery. They got the benefit of it.
